Device which comprises a distribution box 10 and a rotary distributor 30 fixed in the box and which has two wings 34 perpendicular to the axis of rotation, two axial fins 40, and an arcuate partition 42 which extends between sections of the edges of the fins. The distribution box 10 has a single air-inlet opening 16, a first outlet opening 18 for aeration, a second outlet opening 20 for the windscreen glass and a third outlet opening 22 towards the front lower part of the motor vehicle. There are first stop means 32, 52 which limit the rotation of the distributor 30 in one direction and second stop means 52, 54 which limit the rotation of the distributor 30 in the opposite direction. <IMAGE>
