<p>Manufacture of skate rollers comprises pouring plastic material, preferably polymeric material into a mould (2) and rotating the mould about orthogonal axes corresponding to the axis of rotation and a diametrical axis simultaneously. Also claimed are: (i) a mould for manufacturing a skate roller with a rotatably mounted cone (7); and (ii) the resulting skate roller. Preferably, quantities of plastic or polymeric material with different and combined features of endurance to the usage, elasticity or adhesiveness to the hub can be injected by one or more injectors in succession and always with the mould in rotation. Preferably, material of different colours is applied in succession to accomplish rollers with particular chromatic effects.</p> |
