An anchorage connector is disclosed that is comprised generally of a base plate and a generally arched shaped anchoring ring. The base plate helps to distribute forces to which the connector is subjected across the surface of an object when the connector is secured thereto. The generally arched shaped anchoring ring has its upper en d attached to the upper portion of the base plate and its lower end attached to the low er portion of the base plate such that the anchoring ring is positioned approximately perpendicular to the base plate.
