PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an infant or the like to use safely an luminescent device with a voice without generating a bad smell and needing to put things in order after the use thereof. SOLUTION: A trigger switch TS is connected to a voice circuit 15 and a stroboscope circuit 16. The voice circuit 15 can output a cracker sound stored in the interior voice memory from a speaker. When a luminous knob 23 is pulled to turn on the trigger switch, the voice circuit 15 produces the cracker sound from the speaker 18, while the stroboscope circuit 16 produces a flushlight from a xenon lamp 19.
