PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make possible easily judging whether leak is generated or tracking is generated in a receptacle, by detecting a current in a tracking detection wire of the receptacle, and outputting a detection signal. SOLUTION: When tracking is generated in a receptacle 100, a ground fault current flows from a tracking detection electrode 102 arranged between double- blade receiver holes 101 to ground through a tracking detection wire 104, and is detected with a detection element. A detected signal is inputted in a control microcomputer via a signal processing part. The microcomputer turns on an LED display part, and indicates the receptacle 100 in which tracking is generated. Since the ground fault current in the tracking detection wire 104 is detected, generation of leak or generation of tracking is detected, and a detection signal is outputted. On the basis of the detected signal an alarm means 300 informs of the generation of tracking. Thereby generation of leak or generation of tracking can be easily confirmed. |
