PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the low cost compact and large capacity laminated ceramic capacitor in excellent weather proof performances such as high temperature load, high humidity load, etc., meeting the requirements for the conductivity exceeding 3000, the insulation resistance of 6000MΩ.μF represented by CR product, the temperature characteristics of electrostatic capacity of the B characteristics specified in the JIS standard and the X7R characteristics specified in the EIA standard. SOLUTION: Within the composition formula of (1-α-β)(BaO)TiO2 +αM2 O3 +β(Mn1-x Nix )O (where, M2 O3 represents at least one kind selected out of Sc2 O3 , Y2 O3 , while 100mol of the main component comprising α, β, m, x represented by the following inequalities of 0.0025<=α<=0.020, 0.0025<=β<=0.05 β/α<=4, 0<=x<1, 1.000<m<=1.035), and as for the subcomponent, MgO; 0.5-3.0mol is additionally contained, furthermore SiO2 ; 0.2-5.0mol is additionally contained material, on the other hand, the inner electrodes are composed of nickel or nickel alloy. |
