Automatic straightener/supporter

A straightener in which the folding disc or plate is fixed in terms of height and can move only in rotation and in which both the blade-holder shaft and the folding bolt are concealed through the action on said shaft. The operation for initial straightening of the rod is carried out by means of circular sectors equipped with screws which project to differing extents. The jigs (forming blocks) are connected with keys (wedging pieces), each of which occupies half of a front key seat and is fastened by means of screws. The fixed cylindrical blade may be sharpened and is arranged in a mechanism which locates its end on the cutting side in a suitable position. <IMAGE>
