<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a picture image formation method capable of restraining occurrence of picture image bleeding and picture image fading under high humidity, eliminating fogging and picture image tearing even under low humidity and mostly preventing decrease of film thickness of a photosensitive layer even when a toner mixed with an abrasive. SOLUTION: This picture image formation method has a process to charge latent image carrier, a process to form an electrostatic latent image on the latent image carrier, a process to develop the electrostatic latent image by using a developer, a process to transfer a formed toner picture image onto a transfer body and a process to remove residual toner on the latent image carrier. In this case, the one with a surface protective layer dispersing metal oxide fine powder in binding resin is used as the latent image carrier, and a toner component made of adding fluorine included cerium oxide fine particulates to toner particulates is used as the developer. This picture image formation method is suitable for the case of a contact charging method to make a roll forming an electric conductive elastic body in the circumference of a metallic electric conductive shaft contact with the latent image carrier, especially.</p> |
