<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a lever heat housing as an integrated cap-like case by arranging a fastening member and a locking member in an area of a valve cartridge, preventing axial movement of a case after rotating it at its axial insertion position, and fixing a manually operated lever to an adjusting lever. SOLUTION: In order to assemble a valve cartridge 2, a pressure ring 26 is screwed by a fastening screw 262 after covering a ring member 5. An abutting bush 51 is supported by the pressure ring 26, and a collar 50 pressurizes an abutting edge 61 by means of a spring. A base 3 axially pressurizes the collar 50 at the position of an insertion joint, and is rotated at the inserted position while being suppressed in axial movement. An end face of the case 3, opposite to a valve body 1 is closed by a semi-spherical arch portion 35. A manually operated lever 4 is fixed by means of an angular member 40 inside a downward minute gap 33. A lever heat housing can be formed as an integrated cap-like case.</p> |
