PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily replace, assembly and adjust an excitation semiconductor laser, even when it becomes malfunctioning and improve assembly adjustment efficiency of a solid-state laser equipment itself. SOLUTION: The position of a collimator lens 2 with respect to an excitation semiconductor laser 1 is decided, so as to make the excitation light from the excitation semiconductor laser 1 parallel light, and a semiconductor laser unit is assembled. Then, after the parallel light from the semiconductor laser unit is converged by a convergent lens 3, the positions of the convergent lens 3 and a laser medium 4 are adjusted so as to apply the converged excitation light on the prescribed position of the laser medium 4, and the position of a reflecting resonator mirror 5 is adjusted to have the largest output. The position of an output lens 6 is adjusted so as to make the output light from the reflection resonator mirror 5 a parallel light. A solid-state laser equipment is provided by combining these two units. |
