PURPOSE:To anneal the wire rod easily by heating electrically, by constituting two electrodes of the continuous annealing equipment with the caterpillars consisting of a couple of endless belt tracks equipped with a large number of the blocks made of an electrically conductive material for holding the wire rod and by connecting the two electrodes each other.
