Holding bodies (1.2) are positioned on shuttering (1.1) or secured to it, and are of material compatible with the mortar compositions used for the component. One or more distance bars (1.3) join the bodies together at a predetermined distance from the shuttering, and are of reinforcing material. The distance-piece can be a lengthwise component with bar, or a flat one with several bars of predetermined dimensions and at predetermined distances from the shuttering. The lengthwise or flat components can be combined into a complete covering fitting in the shuttering, and the bars can be clamped, glued or cast inside the bodies.
