Communication method for answering machines

The method involves entering acoustic data, information or messages into a voice recorder or voice synthesiser. The data are self-actingly transmitted after the announcement text or the beginning of the recording phase of the called answering machine on demand. Preferably, the answering machine is connected between a TAE socket and the telephone and maintains the transmission line when switched on from stand-by mode. The answering machine waits for silence and plays a message from a voice recorder when receiving command from control unit. After the transmission of the message the line is disconnected and the answering machine gets back into the stand-by mode.
