<p>The method involves using a detector (3) facing a patient (5). A first radioactive isotope is injected to the patient which emits gamma photons in a fist energy range (P1). A radioactive source (4) which includes a second radioactive isotope is placed behind a patient and coordinates of the impact of the photons on the detector are produced. The coordinates are compared with a position (Loc) of the source with impact, to obtain data relating to the affiliation of the position to a detector zone (3) opposite the source. The impact associated with the transmission image is processed, if the energy of the photons during the impact belongs to a second energy range (P2) and if the coordinates belong to the zone of the detector opposite the source.</p> |
