Sliding glass door or partition

The sliding door or partition (1) may consist of two large panes of glass (2,3) held at a given distance apart by spacers (13) and held together by adhesive bodies (14). There is a filler body (4) at the top of the pane which accommodates threaded bolts (23) which are attached to carriages (10) running inside a square-section rail (20) with a slit in its bottom surface. The rail is firmly fastened to the ceiling (2'). A filler piece (5) at the bottom of the door carries a downwardly-projecting brush seal (6) which may touch a shallow strip on the floor surface.
