The distributor has a body (C), holding an applicator (3), and a cap (1). The rod (2) of the applicator is held in the cap. The product is held in a reservoir (8) in the cap and is supplied to the applicator by a pump (9). The applicator rod has an inner tube (4) which extends beyond the base (5) of the rod. Its upper end is joined to the exit hole of the pump. The lower end of the rod has four radial holes (6) in it that are regularly distributed and are staggered angularly by 90 deg.
