Holding device with support function

Two high-level engaging supports (1) operated by handle or pedal or by rack, motor or hydraulically, or a double swivel, provide support simultaneously right and left and comprise tee elements pressed away from the frame by flange struts (14) or swivel support with lockable ground-wheels or skids (6). The supports operate on both sides of the machine at an angle to the rear and with two front supports all operated simultaneously with one or both brakes (11,12). The handlebars are held straight by rope or a spring etc. An energy storage spring (4) provides automatic and continuous regulating function for all types of support and actuation is assisted by auxiliary springs acting as compensators. In the motor version, a less steeply angled support or turnbuckle, rope, rack, chain etc is twisted round by hand or motor to swing the supports down for sideway spread off a second turnbuckle. Further twisting of the turnbuckle etc raises the machine for repair etc. When used for a bicycle, an additional support keeps the front wheel off the ground.
