In a high load dropping resistance for electrical components (4, 5, 6) which are disposed on a housing portion (2), the housing portion (2) is made in accordance with the invention from a resistive material and constitutes the dropping resistance (R v ). In this fashion, the heating per unit resistive surface area can be reduced by a substantial factor. Heating of the high load dropping resistance does not occur in a point-wise fashion, rather evenly. In particular, the resistive material is a carbon material which can be injection-moulded.
