The house has an inner cladding (20) which encloses the inside of the house from the frame (1). The frame is built from metal and the inner cladding has a solid layer (21) made of a mineral material (22), such as plaster. The support frame has vertical supports (3) and horizontal or diagonal braces (8,13,16,17,19). The inner cladding has abutting or overlapping panels (23) made of mineral material, where the panels has a minimum thickness of 60 mm. Each panel has a mass per unit area of at least 40 kg/m<3>. The vertical supports are H-section columns. Parallel beams (4) are located parallel to the inner cladding.
