A heat transferable fluorinated resin multi-layer film having a surface layer and an adhesive layer characterized in that the surface layer comprises a resin composition containing at least 60 % of a vinylidene fluoride resin and the adhesive layer comprises a resin composition containing a transparent acrylic resin having Tg of 35 to 90 DEG C as its major component.
