The invention relates to a deep remediation injection system for in-situ remediation of contaminated soil and ground water capable of progressive penetration both vertically and horizontally in contaminated soil and ground water having a soil penetrating lance (10) for injecting air and oxygen and liquid with suspended biologicals into the contaminated soil as said soil penetrating lance (10) is inserted for penetration in the soil, an air compresser (11) for compressing air and delivering the air under pressure to the soil penetrating lance (10) on one end (26), a gas connector control (12, 14) for connecting the gas compressor (11) to the lance (10) and for controlling the compressed gas flow, and a liquid connector means (17, 19) for connecting the liquid pump (16) to the lance (10) and controlling the pressurized liquids.
