摘要 <p>The present invention relates to a thin-film magnetic material comprising an organic metal compound in the shape of a molecular layered structure of the Langmuir-film type. This film includes a number N≥1 of ordered two-dimensional mono-layers of metal ions, wherein said metal ions are chosen from metals from the rare-earth group, preferably gadolinium. The minimum thickness of the thin-film material corresponds to that of one Langmuir mono-layer and is equal to 25 E when using stearic acid. The thickness of one mono-atomic magnetic layer of magnetic metal ions corresponds to the size of the metal atom used therein. The magnetic ordering of the material may be carried out in a wide range of temperatures, while said material exhibits highly stable magnetic characteristics and has a homogeneous structure. The method for producing this thin-film material comprises introducing into an aqueous phase weak and charged complexons, including monodentates such as acetate, as well as z-valence metal ions, provided that z≥3. The ions together with the monodendate weak and charged complexons form neutral and low-charge complexes, whereby during the adsorption of multiple-charge metal cations said complexes prevent the formation of a surface electrical charge on the Langmuir monolayer as well as the formation of a volumic charge in the Langmuir-Blodgett films to be formed. A non-soluble mono-layer of amphiphilic molecules is formed at the separation limit of the air-water phase, wherein said mono-layer is compressed until its compressibility factor reaches a minimal value. Langmuir-Blodgett mono-layered or multi-layered films are further formed using conventional methods.</p>
