A magnet fixing member (7) is produced by disposing a magnet portion (8) having a permanent magnet (11) at the main body portion (3) of a bag, or the like, and a sheet-like attracted portion (9) made of iron, which is attracted by the magnet portion (8), and provided to a cover portion (5). A hook portion (41) the distal end of which faces inward is disposed round the outer periphery of the attracted portion (9) and a flange portion (33) for hooking the hook portion (41) is provided to the outer peripheral portion of the magnet portion (8). Even when various articles are put into the bag and the bag swells, the tensile strength for pulling the distal end side of the cover portion (5) to the proximal end side keeps hooking between the hook portion (41) of the attracted portion (9) and the flange portion (33) of the magnet portion (8), and accidental fall-off can be prevented without deteriorating operability.
