Hydrogenation process

摘要

Process for hydrogenating unsaturated 2-8 C hydrocarbons, especially 2-8 C alkynes and/or 4-8 C alkynenes and/or 4-8 C alkadienes into fluid containing them comprises contacting with a catalyst in the presence of hydrogen. The catalyst is produced by applying an active material as catalyst and/or promoter on a gauze or foil as support. Also claimed is a process for catalytic distillation comprising the above hydrogenation with simultaneous distillation or rectification on the catalyst.
