摘要

The specification describes and claims the use of a foil coated on at least one surface side with a tacky silicone composition prior to wire winding around the foil in a coil. The presence of a tacky layer of silicone composition on the foil exerts a retaining force on the wires discouraging said wires from sliding away from an original or intended positions.
