A panel assembly has a bracket (12) with support elements (46) for mounting the bracket on a wall. First and second panels (18,20) are attached to the bracket (12) by a bracket hinge (16) for pivotal movement about a first pivot axis (78) relative to the bracket (12) between a closed position and an open position. A panel hinge (22) couples the first panel (18) to the second panel (20) for pivotal movement of the first panel (18) relative to the second panel (20) about a second pivot axis (128) between open and closed positions. Panel (18) may be a patch panel with openings (88) to receive multiport adaptors and panel (2) may be a wire management panel. The assembly allows access to the rear of the patch panel for wire termination. The units may also be stacked.
