The switch has at least one switch contact (6) with at least two poles (P1-P3). An acoustic signal generator (8) connected to the poles of the switching contact is designed so that when the switching contact is actuated acoustic signals are generated to enable a positive distinction between an on or off switching process. The signal generator can produce a pref. short signal when the contact is closed or opened and no signal when the contact is opened or closed. |
