The hollow chamber (15,38,41) in its upper and lower areas has at least one air aperture (21). At least the air apertures in the upper or lower areas of the hollow chamber are provided for connection to a reservoir (3) containing ambient air (36), or both sets of apertures are so provided. The hollow chamber is formed around the pane (12) and is provided in an arch frame (7), being arranged in a vertical direction to the pane between two insulating chambers (39,40) in the arch frame. The hollow chamber in the arch frame is connected with a further vertically extending hollow chamber (15), which is provided in a pane frame (6).
