The connecting device includes a holder for each end (26,28) of a strap. The holders are joined by means of a connecting component (1). The connecting component is connected to the holder by means of at least one tension screw (30,31), for tensioning the strap. The connecting component is U-shaped and has a plate part (2) and a pair of arms (3,4). The plate part is connected to the door panel and the arms are connected to the holders. Each holder has a clamp component (8,9) and a strap component (20,21), which are connected by at least one screw (27,29). Each strap end is held between the clamp component and the strap component. |
