Telescopic swivel loader for load transport hoist and dump duties

The hoist consists of telescoping elements (4,5) which can be raised and lowered by power cylinders (7,11) and swivelably mounted on a turntable (2), with all swivel and lifting functions controlled hydraulically from the drivers seat. The master and slave cylinders (11,12) are kept in parallel by a sensitive cylinder (13) which is used to tip the loading fork in its dump and receiving actions. The tipping angle is monitored by overload elements to prevent excessive load. When swivelled to the side, the rear part of the loader is locked down relative the front so force reaches the ground through the four rigidly interconnected wheels only. The overall effect is a smoothly adjusting loader system held under driver control throughout, by the power cylinders.
