摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain good and stable color development, color reproducibility and image smoothness and to enable formation of a full-color image with high definition and high image quality by specifying a BET specific surface area and a storage elastic modulus of a toner containing a resin and a coloring agent. SOLUTION: This toner contains a resin and a coloring agent and has >=5m<2> /g BET specific surface area. When the storage elastic modulus at 90 deg.C and storage elastic modulus at 160 deg.C are defined as G'(90) (dyne/cm<2> ) and G'(160) (dyne/cm<2> ), respectively, the toner is controlled to satisfy the conditions of 5.0<=logG'(90)<=6.4 and 2.0<=logG'(160)<=3.5. In order to obtain the toner having the BET specific surface area as above described, namely the surface property, a method to associated and aggregate polymer particles obtd. by emulsifying polymn. is especially preferably used. As for the particle size of the toner, particles having 2 to 10μm volume average particle size are preferable, and especially, particles having 3 to 9μm particle size are more preferable.</p>
