<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-delaminating material capable of being produced at low temp., that is, a material excellent at least in bonding strength by using a binder containing a reactive catalyst. SOLUTION: A binder is arranged between a polyolefin film and a silicon oxide layer. The pref. binder is an ethylene/alkyl (meth)acrylate/glycidyl methacrylate terpolymer grafted or terpolymerized with glycidyl methacrylate. A catalyst is selected from H3 BO3 , 1,4-diaza-bicyclo[2.2.2]octane, methyl-2- imidazole, stearic acid, calcium stearate, NaB4 O7 , NaH2 PO4 , tris-nonylphenyl phosphite, tris (2,4-methylphenyl)phosphite and dibutyltin dilaurate and pref. H3 BO3 .</p> |
