<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent high-frequency signal such as a clock signal from interfering with an image signal to cause noise in an image signal conductor by providing a signal input circuit on a substrate and converting the clock signal supplied from the outside of the substrate as a current signal into a signal whose voltage level is changed. SOLUTION: Picture elements formed in a matrix state in a picture element area 100 are constituted by a TFT 12 provided near the intersection of a scanning line 13 and a data line 14 formed in the matrix state on the substrate and a picture element electrode and a charge storage capacity connected to the TFT 12. The clock signals respectively supplied to a signal-side driving circuit 15 and a scanning-side driving circuit 16 are supplied from the signal input circuit 18 formed on the substrata. The clock signal is transmitted as the current signal on a cable wiring on the outside of a liquid crystal panel and converted into the signal whose voltage level is changed by the signal input circuit on the panel substrate. Therefore, the noise caused on the cable wiring is restrained.</p> |
