PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the highly efficient molding of a molded product which requires long processing time and the effective arrangement of a molding system with saved space for installation. SOLUTION: This molding system of a molding machine is equipped with mold transport devices 20, 30 having mold replacement means 26, 36 for replacing a heated up mold 16D after a molding operation with a thermostat-controlled mold (16A) before the molding operation at a mold attaching/operating position for a mold clamping device 10. In this case, mold transport devices 20, 30 are equipped with a thermostat-controlling means which sets at least, two or more mold standby and thermostat-controlling positions 21, 22, 23, 31, 32, 33 for receiving the thermostat-controlled mold 16D and cooling and/or preheating it to a specified temperature. In addition, transfer means 28, 38 for transferring and aligning the mold standby and thermostat-controlling positions to the mold attaching/operating position in a specified order. Thus the heated up mold 16D is replaced with the thermostat-controlled mold (16A) already in a standby position for thermostatting action according to a specified turn. |
