PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dispense with a release agent and a mask so as to simplify a manufacturing process and to obtain an improved effect of surface treatment by forming an expanded resin layer on the inner side of a resin film within a metal mold, and performing colour painting on the surface of the resin film after being released from a metal mold. SOLUTION: A resin film 3 is set within a metal mold and an amount of ISF urethane material is poured into the metal mold. When the ISF urethane material begins to foam and then solidify, a soft expanded layer 5 is integrally formed on the inner side of the resin film, thereby producing an integrally formed resin product. The soft expanded layer is an inmold skin layer constituting an expanded skin layer 7 over the entire surface thereof. The expanded skin layer 7 has a density higher than that of the inner portion of the soft expanded layer, offering a smooth surface without any irregularities thereon. After an integrally formed product is released from the metal mold, a coating material is applied to the resin film surface of thus formed product so as to form a coating layer 19 thereon, thereby obtaining a desired buffer 9 having a color-painted surface. |
