The knife comprises shells of weldable metal with a knife blade (3) folded inbetween the shells together with a stop arm and a spring located between the shells. An axis body is used so that by press-welding to the respective shell it forms an axis (6) for the knife blade pivoting movement. A fastening piece for a spring having two through holes is furnished with first and second pin bodies in the holes. A stop arm with a through hole is provided with a first axis body in the hole. - The fastening piece and the stop arm are inserted between the two shells simultaneously or independently. The first and second pin bodies and also the first axis body are press-welded to the respective shell. The spring is placed tensioned with its one end part locating against the first and second pin bodies and with its other end part locating against the stop arm under side.(Dwg.2)
