SOLUTION: In this structure for positioning an axial direction, a flexible snap ring 6 is engaged in a ring groove formed in a shaft 1 and a selection race 5 for supporting a planetary gear 2 in the axial direction is connected to the outer periphery of the shaft 1 by a spline 5a with freedom in the axial direction and is engaged with the snap ring 6 in the axial direction and the selection race 5 has a stopper projection 5b for regulating the outward displacement of the snap ring 6 in a radial direction. |
