PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To successively process a sea tangle into the smooth one having no furrow by smoothing and spreading the furrows while removing sands, heating the sea tangle at a lower temperature while spreading the furrows and cooling the sea tangle to reform the sea tangle for maintaining the shape having no furrow. SOLUTION: Furrows of a sea tangle are smoothed and spread while conveying the sea tangle so as not to be slanted toward one direction, and sands are removed therefrom. Further, the sea tangle is heated at <100 deg.C, preferably 50-100 deg.C to smooth the furrows. Thereafter, the sea tangle is reformed to maintain a shape having no furrow by cooling the sea tangle. |
