PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a bus-bar wiring body by which a circuit is formed without using an insulating plate, whose productivity is enhanced and which can miniaturize a component by a method wherein bus bars which are composed of a conductive metal plate are sandwiched between, and bonded to, electric insulating pedestals which are arranged locally. SOLUTION: A bus-bar wiring body A is formed in such a way that a plurality of bus bars 1 formed by punching a conductive metal plate are connected integrally via a plurality of pedestals 2 which are formed locally by the outsert molding and working operation of an electric insulating synthetic resin material. Tab terminals 3 which are connected to a partner-side electric component or conductor are erected and installed toward the upper part or the lower part at the respective bus bars 1. The pedestals 2 are arranged in positions in which base parts 3a of the tab terminals 3 formed by bending the bus bars 1 are buried, and they catch the insertion force of the terminal 4a of every partner- side electric component 3. As a result, the number of components which constitute an interconnection is reduced, a mold can be reduced, and the fixing operation of the bus bars can be omitted.
|
