FIELD: mechanized tool for working end surfaces of pipes in stationary or field conditions. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has central rod 11 with threaded end carrying sleeve 12 with one conical end oriented to rod end, at least one intermediate sleeve 13 with two conical ends and one sleeve 14 with conical end oriented to intermediate sleeve 13. Sleeve 13 is connected with central rod through thread and fixed against rotation in end portion of supporting bar 5. Inner supporting surface of releasing blades 6 is provided with transverse recesses. Blades 6 are mounted on spherical members 15 arranged in depressions between opposite conical ends of sleeves 12,13,14 and recesses in blades 6 and are biased to spherical members by flexible members 16. Fixing mechanism and feeding mechanism have common drive formed as flywheel 18 loosely mounted on rear end of central rod 11. Flywheel 18 is brought into engagement with rod head or sleeve 7 of feeding mechanism.
