SOLUTION: When the personal (personal identification) information on a password number, etc., and a security operation instructions such as the erasion, recover, use propriety instructions, etc., are inputted via an input terminal 1, an instruction center 2 transmits these information and instructions by radio waves (together with the backup information in a recovery mode of the storage contents). A storage medium 3 receives the personal information and the security operation instructions, etc., from the center 2 and sets an erasion or use propriety mode of its storing information according to the contents of those instructions. In a recovery/resetting instruction reception mode, the storage contents are recovered and reset based on the said backup information. |
