PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To optimize the beam condition of an exposing beam and to improve the quality of a pit reproducing signal. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a signal generating part 10 outputting a pre-format signal (a), a light source 9 outputting a laser beam 1, a light modulating 2 modulating the loser beam 1 based on the pre-format signal (a), and a focusing and condensing means 6 condensing a exposing beam 3 outputted from the light modulating part 2 on a rotating photo resist disk 7. Also, a pulse width regulating circuit 4 correcting the pulse width of the pre-format signal (a) with pre-set correcting quantity ΔT1, ΔT2, and a signal level regulating circuit 5 correcting the signal level of the pre-format signal (a) with pre-set correcting quantity ΔP1, ΔP2 are provided in this device. |
