PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To output a sound at a low cost without reducing the tone quality and sound volume by providing a vibration membrane having an inclination section from its center section to a flange section on the outer periphery and formed with a groove section at the end of the inclination section at the portion facing a speaker section stored in the television receiver of a box storing the television receiver. SOLUTION: A television receiver 5 is stored in a case fixed with a rear case 9 to the wall face of a bathroom and fixed with a front case 10 to the rear case 9. A vibration membrane 12 is provided at the front portion of the front case 10 facing a speaker section 11 stored in the television receiver 5, the sound from the speaker section 11 is transferred to the vibration membrane 12, and the sound is outputted into the bathroom by its vibration. The vibration membrane 12 has an inclination section 16 from its center section to a flange section 15 on the outer periphery, and a groove section 17 is formed at the end of the inclination section 16 to provide a spring property. The vibration membrane 12 can be smoothly vibrated longitudinally between the center section and the groove section 17, and the sound can be outputted without reducing the high section and low section of the sound frequency.
