PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polymer gel electrolyte that is high in ion conductivity and has wide service temperature and stable voltage ranges by containing an oxyalkylene carbonate compound of a specific composition and an electrolytic solution in an electrolytic solution or the polymer gel electrolyte. SOLUTION: An electrolytic solution contains an oxyalkylene carbonate compound represented by formula I or II and an electrolyte. In the formula, R<1> and R<4> each represent a straight-chain, branched, or cyclic, alkyl or fluoroalkyl group of not less than 1 to not more than 20 carbons; R<2> , R<3> , R<6> , and R<7> each represent a straight-chain, branched, or cyclic, alkylene or fluoroalkylene group of not less than 1 to not more than 20 carbons; (n) and (m) each represent an integer of not less than 1; either (m) or (n) may be 0; and I represents an integer of not less than 0. |
