FIELD: pharmacology. SUBSTANCE: pharmaceutical composition for oral intake as biologically active substance contains indole compound or its pharmaceutically acceptable salt as inclusion compound into preswollen starch, and additional substance. Quantitative content, weight%: indole compound 0.1-5.0, preswollen starch 70-99.6, additional substance 0.3-29.9. According to the first variant to obtain pharmaceutical composition indole compound is dissolved in ethanol or in the mixture of ethanol and water or that of acetone and water at volume ratio of mentioned solvents being 1:1. The mixture of preswollen starch and additional substance is treated with the solution. According to the second variant indole compound is used in micronized form. The mentioned compound is mixed with the composition of preswollen starch and additional substance. Water or the mixture of water and ethanol at their volume ratio of 1: 1 should be added.
