PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject treating medicine fee from fear of adverse effects, prolongation of treating period, relapse, etc., after treatment and capable of commonly applying to various kinds of poisonous sources by compounding a trace amount of nontoxic aconite tuber with mica, crystalline sulfur and burnt alum. SOLUTION: This treating medicine comprises (A) 75-80 pts.wt. crystalline sulfur (e.g. sulfur obtained by heating and melting crude crystal sulfur at 120 deg.C, removing floating impurities, solidifying the melted sulfur with cooling water, then drying the solidified sulfur and dissolving the dried sulfur in carbon disulfide, filtering the solution and recovering from the filtrate, (B) a nontoxic aconite tuber (e.g. aconite tuber obtained by pouring 60% ethanol aqueous solution into aconite tuber, heat-treating the aconite tuber at 110-120 deg.C, removing an aconite-based alkaloid by extraction and drying and powdering the residual part, (C) 5-7 pts.wt. mica and (D) 0.8-0.9 pt.wt. burnt alum. The treating medicine is prepared in a dosage form of pill, capsule, etc., and the components A, B, C and D are preferably each included in amounts of 400mg, 4mg, 20mg and 5mg. |
