PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a refrigerator oil composition, capable of suppressing a choking phenomenon, excellent in corrosion and environmental pollution resistances and long-term operating characteristics and useful for a refrigerator, an air conditioner, etc., by including a specific silicon-based compound therein. SOLUTION: This refrigerator oil composition is obtained by compounding (A) 1L base oil mutually soluble in hydrofluorocarbon refrigerants such as an ester-based oil with (B) preferably 0.001-0.1mol compound represented by the formula SiR1 R'm OR" (l) and (m) are each an integer of >=0; [(l)+(m)] is 3; R is H, a 1-4C alkyl or phenyl; R' is a 1-18C alkyl, an alkyloxyalkyl or a polyoxyalkylene; R" is a 1-12C alkyl} such as methoxymethylsilane. Furthermore, the refrigerator oil composition is preferably used in a refrigeration system equipped with a compressor 1, heat exchangers 2 and 5 and an expansion mechanism 4. |
