DETECTION SYSTEM FOR CAUSE OF ABNORMALITY OF CHARGER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the charger abnormality cause detection system which can read fault data on the inside of the charger out of a personal computer and analyzes it when abnormality regarding power supply occurs to the personal computer. SOLUTION: The main CPU 2 of the personal computer sends an instruction for taking control data out of the charger out to a charger CPU 204, which sends the fault data on the inside of the charger to the main CPU 2 with this sent instruction. With this sent fault data on the charger inside, the cause of the abnormality can be analyzed. A measure for evading an abnormal state can be taken, early. Consequently, a measure for evading an abnormal state regarding power supply trouble of the personal computer can be taken in its early stage.
