<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily find a precise position and facilitate operation by providing a mark for aligning a sight on a target to be repaired on an objective lens side of a monitor camera. SOLUTION: A window glass 55 is installed on a tip of a sleeve 11 of a branch pipe, and a monitor camera unit to align a sight on a target to be repaired of the branch pipe to be repaired is installed inside the window glass 55. A cross mark 56 to align a sight on the target to be repaired is given on the window market 55 so that the image of the mark is picked up. A halogen lamp to illuminate the outside is mounted close to the monitor camera unit through the window glass 55. The sleeve 11 for the branch pipe presses a repairing material which is wound and temporarily stopped against an inner circumferential surface of the branch pipe, and expanded in the radial direction of the branch pipe, and is of bellows shape so as to be expandable in the longitudinal direction of the branch pipe.</p> |
