An extrusion method of a sanitary waste paper bag for forgery prevention is provided to permit a user to differentiate original goods from forged goods by causing the outer surface and the inner surface of the waste paper bag to have different colors. An extrusion method of a sanitary waste paper bag for forgery prevention comprises the steps of: attaching a motor of an extruder to the head of a cylinder screw to form a film; attaching a second dice to a predetermined part of a first dice; extruding resin through different outlets and pasting resin extruded through the outlets; and cooling the resin. The color of the inner surface of the waste paper bag is different from that of the outer surface.
